Simon Goddard

I qualified as a Solicitor in 1998, but have over 20 years experience in Family law having previously held the post of Qualified Legal Executive

I moved to Wales with my family in 2002 and joined Redkite in 2012. I am a registered foster carer and a community councillor

I specialise in family matters, mainly care cases and acting for parents, but also act for grandparents, in their applications for contact residency and special guardianship orders.

I am a member of the Law Society Children Panel and a Accredited Specialist of Resolution in Public Law. I was  a Trustee of Carmarthen Domestic Abuse Services (formerly Carmarthen Women’s Aid) .

I have also trained as a Family Mediator with the Family Mediators Association.

I have a wide range of experience in the field of Family Law, am passionate about what I do, and put my heart and soul into each case I work on.
