Redkite Law Welcomes Strong Legal Leaders For Ambitious Future

Red Kite Law continues to make bold moves by two recent strategic appointments.
The firm has grown in both numbers and reach over recent years expanding along the M4 corridor in Wales and throughout Gloucestershire/Herefordshire and now boasts an impressive eleven offices in Wales and six in the South West.
“Working on delivering excellent client experience and making Red Kite the best law firm to work at in Wales and the South West are our highest priorities” shares Neil Walker, CEO, on the firm’s ambitions for the future.
In line with this ambition, Richard King has been appointed as Non-executive Chairman of the Executive Board for Redkite Law. Richard comes with a breadth of experience from both inside and outside of the legal sector.

In the legal sector, Richard was initially a non-executive Director at Knights where he influenced the design and strategy that set the foundations for their growth, before going on to become their COO, helping Knights to grow more than threefold.
Prior to Knights, Richard held various senior Director roles at Procter & Gamble where he helped to lead integrations and transformations across various parts of the business at a European and Global level.

Mark Beardmore – Consultant – Commercial Teams
Mark Beardmore has been appointed as a consultant to lead a project to review Redkite’s commercial offering and develop a commercial services proposition and strategic plan to help the team achieve their ambitious growth plans and vision for the future. Mark was a corporate partner at Eversheds Sutherland and retired as Birmingham Senior Office Partner in May 2024.
Mark said “It has been a pleasure getting to know the Redkite leadership team as we have scoped this project. I have been hugely impressed by the ambition and culture of the firm and I am very much looking forward to working with the team over the coming months.”
