Aaron Jones

Throughout my studies, I have had the opportunity to explore many areas of the legal industry, alongside acquiring first-hand exposure through various work experiences. I had the privilege to shadow a District Judge at Cardiff Civil and Family Justice Centre, where I was able to experience the process of divorce and child-arrangement hearings.

Having worked at Redkite Solicitors in the past for work experience throughout my penultimate year of university, I am happy to now be a part of the team with a permanent position based in our Haverfordwest office. Prior to my current role at Redkite Solicitors, I worked within the NHS and pharmaceutical industry alongside my degree which has been crucial in my progression, further enhancing my time management, attention to detail and being able to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.

In the future, I am hoping to complete the LPC alongside my work at Redkite, with the goal of securing a training contract and eventually becoming a solicitor. My current position allows me to expand my knowledge and establish a strong foundation in the 10+ departments of law that Redkite currently offers. From this, I hope to narrow down which departments I am most intrigued by and what area I wish to specialise in.

Outside of work and my past studies, I enjoy walking my two sausage dogs through their favourite place, Benton Wood. I also enjoy learning about business and finance when I’m not playing golf.
