Alice Sharp

My area of specialisation is Residential Conveyancing, which I did not originally begin my working career in. However, I became involved in Residential Conveyancing in May 2024, when a career change from education to law was put my way and I have not looked back since.

This specialisation of law is complex but rewarding and allows me to have in-depth knowledge of one of the most stressful times of people’s lives: selling or buying a house!

Basically, I am there to make sure the transaction moves as smoothly as possible behind the scenes for the fee earner and to make sure client service remains at a high level of satisfaction, whether I am meeting clients in person to assist with any queries they may have or drafting documents, opening files etc., in the background.

My aim is to progress within conveyancing within the firm and eventually I hope to become a licensed Conveyancer.

Outside of work, my interests include reading, art (digital and physical mediums like drawing and colouring), crochet and doing puzzles. The more creative something is, the better – if it involves anything crafty or something I can make, I will probably like it.
