Bethany Harris

I qualified as a solicitor in September 2018 and I have a background in both family and property law which has provided me with a breadth of knowledge to advise clients within the Court of Protection.

I advise and assist in a wide range of Court of Protection matters including but not limited to as follows:-

• Lay deputy applications for finance and property matters;
• Lay deputy applications for health and welfare matters;
• Statutory will applications;
• Standalone deputy applications such as authorisation to buy and sell property and change of deputy;
• Managing professional deputyships and attorneyships.

I genuinely care about my clients and obtaining the best outcome possible for each case. I recognise that for most clients it will be a difficult time in their lives and I will guide them through the Court of Protection process compassionately, making it as stress free and as easy as possible.

Whilst I live in Cardiff, I represent clients throughout England and Wales and I am happy to travel when required.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the countryside with my husband and cheeky Norfolk Terrier, Monty.
