Emma Wilson
I embarked on my legal career at Plymouth University in 2015, where I earned my degree in Law in 2018. In 2019, I volunteered at Davey Law as an Admin Assistant, and by 2022, I advanced to the position of Trainee Legal Executive.
When Davey Law merged with Red Kite in 2023, I continued in my role as Trainee Legal Executive, working within the Personal Injury Department.
In December 2024, I achieved Chartered Legal Executive status. Currently, I manage fast track and intermediate track claims whilst also assisting other fee earners with more complex cases. My work includes handling a range of claims, such as:
- Employers Liability
- Road Traffic Accidents
- Public Liability
- Clinical Negligence
- Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority
- Spinal Injuries
- Accidents Involving Children
I have always been passionate about helping people, and working in the Personal Injury Department allows me to support clients through life-changing events. Many of our clients face some of the most challenging moments of their lives, so I strive to provide not only high-quality legal services but also compassion and understanding. My goal is to alleviate the stress that litigation can bring, making the process as smooth as possible for those I assist.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
