Gemma Millard
Gemma graduated with an honours degree in Law and gained her LPC with distinction in 2008 from the University of the West of England in Bristol.
Gemma specialises in commercial real estate transactions, with a particular interest and focus in real estate transactions for SIPP and SSAS pension scheme clients. Gemma has over 17 years of experience in financial services and pensions market and regularly advises owners and investors.

Working as General Counsel and Company Secretary for Curtis Banks Group, a leading provider of self-invested pension products and services in the UK, providing advice to the company board and senior management on a range of legal matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, compliance, governance and risk management pertaining to commercial property, pensions, trusts, employment and regulatory obligations.
Gemma oversaw the legal functions and compliance for Rivergate Legal, a venture that she started with the aim of offering expert and tailored advice to clients seeking to invest in commercial property within their pension portfolios.
Gemma lives in the Cotswolds and enjoys spending time with her young family, walking her dog as well as maintaining and driving her classic Mini to rally’s and tours across the South West of England.
