Jess Llewellyn
I started my legal career as a Legal Secretary, and I liked being able to offer some help and support to clients who were grieving the loss of a loved one. This led me to study alongside work and qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive, practising in Wills and Probate.
My passion for helping others took me into a Probate management role, supporting, developing and leading a team of lawyers to both aid their progression and best support both clients and the business. Seeing others flourish in their careers and receive excellent client compliments brings me great job satisfaction.
My management career progressed, and I took on a more senior role of managing a team of managers, to assist and support them in the management of their teams of lawyers. As part of this role, I was also involved with strategy, planning and projects to support the department.
I enjoy bringing people together to make improvements, to continue to learn and develop, to find better ways of working and looking after our colleagues so that we can provide the best help and support to our clients.
I still live in my hometown of Caerphilly and in my spare time I enjoy walking and love to read a good book.
