Madison Scharschmidt

I studied law at Swansea University after pursing a degree in Criminology in Ottawa, Canada where I decided I had a passion for law. I then joined RedKite in 2025 in the Residential Conveyancing Department in Swansea.

Here I plan to grow my career and eventually become a qualified Solicitor and continue my passion for helping others and gain meaningful experience. Having previously worked and volunteered in the community and well as in recognized projects such as the Miscarriage of Justice Project and the Swansea Law Clinic I plan to bring my passion and drive to this role. Continuing to learn and grow here at RedKite will help me develop and expand my current skills and pursue my goals of qualifying as a respected Solicitor.

Outside of work I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and golfing.
