My objective in advising clients is always to try to blend legal/technical advice with tactical and practical emphasis. You have to get the balance right, lawyers must be able to lead their clients through the maze that is the law, but it is so important to do so in a real-world way.

I advise both employers and employees in relation to all aspects of employment law and, additionally, in relation to such issues as consultancy, directorship and employment status. I will represent my clients in both non- contentious and contentious matters including settlement negotiations and Employment Tribunal proceedings. I have additionally developed a practice specialism in the education sector with a particular focus upon Academy conversion and governance.

I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
